It is not required to Register for an account to order from YeoGear. Registering and logging in is optional and will simply retain your contact information and order history. If you receive an email with temporary login information from no-reply@deconetwork.com, or a Follow up to your Abandoned Cart email from | Yeo_Yeo_Apparel.[number series]@secure-decoration.com, these are legitimate emails.
Payment
Please pay via credit card at checkout. Payment must be received to process your order. Checks are not accepted, and payroll deduction is not offered. You will receive an order confirmation email after you complete your purchase.
Delivery
Complete Team Outfitter will begin processing orders on the first business day after the store closes at the end of each ordering period (January, May, and September). Delivery will take approximately 2-3 weeks from the processing date. Complete Team Outfitters will contact you if there are any issues with your order.
Embroidery and Heat Transfer
- The embroidery colors have already been established by the firm to ensure consistency.
- The Yeo & Yeo logo will be applied to certain garments via heat transfer instead of embroidery at the discretion of the Promotional Brand Partner.
Returns
Because items are decorated with the Yeo & Yeo logo, they may not be returned. Exceptions will be made for items that are defective or damaged.
YeoGear Bucks
- Only one YeoGear Bucks promo code may be applied to each order.
- All YeoGear Bucks will be issued with an expiration date.
- If you have multiple YeoGear Bucks that you wish to combine, please contact Marketing.
